I could hardly feel my legs and even had trouble breathing from the pain caused from my herniated disk, I didn't think I'd be able to go to work. But with the help the Kinetic Centre, my pain level went from a 9 to a 6 in just 2 visits. Even after the first appointment I was able to go to work and make it through the day.
